Easter Morning

Well its 7:30 in the morning and we have already completed our Easter Egg Hunt, the joys of having an early riser toddler. Joseph was soo excited to find his eggs this morning. He did a great job and found them really quick. When he found an egg he would shake it and open it to make sure there was candy in there :) Don't mind his morning hair (he takes after his father in that department).

OUTSIDE!

We have had a never-ending Winter. Today was sunny and 49 degrees, which means OUTSIDE! Joseph loves his scooter and he rode it all around our apartment complex. Here are some pictures!

In other family news, Matt has a job interview on Tuesday with the US PTO. This is for the job in Alexandria, Virginia, but we are hoping to hear from the one in Detroit soon.  Send all good luck thoughts!!!!!!!!

Family Updates

So I haven't updated the blog in about a month... so I thought I should.

End of February we went to our Ward's Chili Cook-off. I am proud to say that I now can claim that I make award winning chili :) It was a lot of fun. We had live music, and Joseph, Nathaniel, and Liam LOVED to dance (they are all 3, actually their birthdays are within 6 weeks of each other). They were all soo cute!

On March 2nd Matt and I went to go see Pentatonix. They were amazing! I cannot believe how much sound those 5 people can make, and how tight their chords are! We had a lot of fun and we are both anxiously awaiting their new CD! Here are some pictures!

The rest of the month has gone pretty smoothly. I had a Scentsy party on Saturday. It went pretty well and it was a lot of fun :) I am serving as the temporary choir director for our church choir, just for Easter and Ward Conference. We are going to a geocaching event on Friday in Elk Grove. Here are some other random and fun pictures of Joseph!!

Joseph has moved out of his toddler bed and into a twin. I told him he could pick out his new sheets... this is what he picked. Matt has never been prouder!!

Joseph's Birthday Celebrations!

My Baby Boy is now 3! I cannot believe how fast he has grown up! He had a wonderful birthday. Matt and I took him to the Kohls Children's Museum. Joseph was SOO excited. He ran around for 2 hours without slowing. Then we went out to lunch at McDonald's. Today was his Thomas Party. We had his nursery friends over and everyone had lots of fun. We played Place Thomas on the Tracks (my version of Pin the Tail on the Donkey). They colored, chased bubbles, and had balloon fights. It was a huge success. Winter has FINALLY arrived, complete with snow!! Joseph has had tons of fun playing in the snow the past week or two, which is funny because he hated it last year. He makes snowballs and snow angels :) Its been great!
